One of our most popular options is the Remarkables Scenic Flight. This heli tour is a short but spectacular journey that takes you high above the basin for panoramic views over Queenstown, Lake Whakatipu, and the surrounding ranges. It’s perfect for those short on time, but still wanting that ‘wow’ factor.
For something more immersive, the Queenstown Essential flight takes in Skippers Canyon, the Shotover River, and a landing in an alpine environment, delivering a real sense of place in just under an hour. This helicopter experience is a must!
In winter, nothing beats our Snow Landing flights, which give guests the chance to step out into a frosted world of silence and light, far above the hustle of town.
Follow the lake north by helicopter and you’ll soon find yourself flying over Glenorchy. A place where the scenery becomes even more remote and cinematic. From the air, the braided rivers of the Dart and Rees Valleys shimmer beneath you, flowing out from the mountains and into native beech forests.

Here, waterfalls tumble down from the hanging glacier above, and the valley floor is framed by towering peaks.
